Returns & Refunds

Standard Return Policy

Those standard return policies apply to product we sell via this website unless specified:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an unopened & unused item from the date you ordered it.
  • If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Once we accept your return request, we’ll issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to you, you must return the product before the expiration date of the RMA, if the first scan date provided by the carrier is after the expiration date of the RMA, no refund will be issued to you and we may request you to pay for the shipping fees for shipping the late-returned item back to you.
  • For domestic return within the United States, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, we only accept return shipped with the shipping label we provided to you.
  • To be eligible for a return with full refund, your returning item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
  • Software license (including but not limited to systems with software preloaded or bundled), electronic software downloads, gift cards, customized products, volume licenses are not eligible for return at any time.
  • Refurbished products are not eligible for return unless it’s dead on arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received by us, we will send you email to notify you we have received your returned item and the returned item will be put into our inspection process (2 – 5 business days), once we inspected your returned item, we’ll send you another email about the decision of refunds.

If your refunds are approved, we will process your refund and it will be applied to your orignal method of payment in 3 – 10 business days, please be noted that your bank may need several extra days to post the refund to your account.

If the product you returned is opened, used or not in the same condition that you received it, restocking fees (up to 30% for opened or used item, up to 100% if the return item is defective or incorrect item was returned) may be applied when we process your refunds.
